Eastline Theatre’s 2022 Season

The administrative staff at EastLine Theatre made their 2022 season announcement during their live, Giving Tuesday telethon. Now that it’s public knowledge, I am excited to announce that I am one of EastLine’s commissioned artists for the 2022 theatrical season! I have been awarded New York State Regrant funds from the Huntington Arts Council to use toward writing and producing a new adaptation of The Great Gatsby based on a queer reading of the text. EastLine will be the producing entity, and the piece will be performed free for audiences in December of 2022. There will definitely be more info to follow as we begin the developmental process and other creatives get involved with the piece’s development!
